The most thrilling part about life is not knowing what happens next, but that’s also the scariest part. I hope when you read my blog, you will be inspired to keep on keeping on because your journey is never over. Being lost and confused in this life is normal, and I hope the lessons I have learned will impact you as much as they have changed me. I don’t pretend to have all the answers or know everything, but I do know happiness is possible for everyone. But first you must start with yourself.

I live in East Memphis with my husband, Will, Charlie, our mini goldendoodle, and Frank, the English Bulldog. Will is my rock, and despite my crazy (I’m not even sure crazy is the appropriate word…psychotic..that’s better) moments he continually loves and supports me.I’d love to say it’s been all rainbows and butterflies, but who wants to read that?!? Honestly, It’s been the hardest thing I have ever done…continue to do. But it’s worth it. He’s worth it. We are worth it.  I hope you find strength in my blog to get through those hard times, because what’s on the other side is worth it. And maybe what’s on the other side is you alone being happy, and that’s okay. It’s breathtaking to watch someone leave a marriage they are unhappy in.  Good for you for realizing your worth and putting your happiness first. Whatever the case may be,  I hope you, too can be happy.

I’ve been a nurse for 7 years and as you will read, my job has molded me into the person I am today.  Post college was the loneliness I have ever been…or had ever been, but my career saved me.  My coworkers turned into my people and changed my life for the better. When you find those people, never let them slip away.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing tennis, hanging out with my family, and creating unforgettable memories with the people I love.

So, my loves, this is for you.
